HLSILBRIX 4560
Water-based PDMS / silicone resin emulsion — mold release
HLSILBRIX 4560 is a water-based emulsion produced from polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) silicone oil and silicone resin blends. It is widely used in plastics, EPDM rubber, rubber compounds, tyre manufacturing and similar industries.

Features
- Used during vulcanisation in tyre manufacturing.
- Used as a mold release agent in duroplastic and thermoplastic production.
- Suitable for plastics, EPDM rubber, rubber compounds and tyre manufacturing.
- Water-based emulsion; easily diluted with soft water to the desired concentration.
Performance note
Depending on water quality, emulsion stability may decrease; diluted emulsion should be used promptly.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or freezing conditions.
Application
- Easily diluted with soft water to the required concentration for the application.
- Hard or poor-quality water may reduce emulsion stability.
- Diluted emulsion should be consumed as soon as practical.

Storage
Shelf life is 6 months when stored in the tightly closed original packaging between 5–30 °C. Exceeding this period does not mean the product is unusable; however, the product must not be exposed to direct sunlight or freezing.
Packaging
Available in 60, 120 and 220 kg plastic drums or 1,000 kg IBC tanks.
